Happy Wednesday! April is just zooming by. I’m back with another book review. All of my life I have dealt with anxiety even before I truly knew what anxiety actually was. As I’ve gotten older and I have experienced life’s troubles my anxiety has greatly increased. Personally, in the last year I have dealt with health issues surrounding my fibroids. My Thoughts: I truly enjoyed this book it has helped me on my healing and evolving. I know that because of this life I still may deal with anxiety. After reading this book and my Bible more, I am more confident. I can handle life’s trials and tribulations in a healthier way. This book provides a ton of helpful tools and scriptures to help you live a worry-free life. If you are suffering from anxiety, I highly recommend this book. You can learn more about God and the peace he wants to give you. It’s a 10/10 and full of wisdom.
