For today’s lifestyle post I want to discuss how important it is to have a good night’s sleep and how essential oils can help you sleep better at night. Many things can keep you up at night such as: diet, environment, or suffering from a sleep disorder like insomnia or sleep apnea. If you struggle with getting the proper rest then keep reading for all the deets.
5 ways to use essential oils
Diffuser: Invest in a diffuser and add essential oils to it. The machine will be able to circulate the essential oils, causing you to feel calm and relaxed.
Pillow Spray: You can get a pillow spray from your local store or online. Spritz your pillowcase or bedding before bed.
Massage Oil: If you are stressed try putting essential oils on your temples, wrists, neck, soles, or feet.
Bath: To help you relax your muscles add a few drops to your evening bath.
Shower: You can also add essential oils to your shower stall, which will cause the steam to pick up and spread the aroma.
