Make your environment smell good to lighten your mood, increase relaxation and reduce anxiety. Try lightening candles or aromatherapy roll-ons.
Create Your Playlist
Pick your favorite music whether it’s classical, instrumental, 90’s R&B , Jazz or hip hop, or whatever you like.
Take A Bath
The perfect bath can help your mood, aches and pains. Add a great bath soak to feel restored and refreshed.
Put On A Face Mask
Try a face mask to keep your melanin glowing. A face mask is a healing, hydrating, firming and invigorating to the skin. If you can’t afford a mask, you can make one on your own at home.
