Happy Wednesday! With all of the uncertainty going on around us it is very easy to get caught up and start to panic about the unknown. It can be extremely overwhelming staying indoors, practicing social distancing, homeschooling kids, maintaining daily chores and of course maintaining our mental health. 4 ways to keep stress down during difficult times

Exercise: With gyms been closed it is easy to slack off on our workouts but we must stay active. Physical activity improves mental health, cognitive functioning and over all your well-being. There are many free workouts available to all.

Eat Healthy: Eating a balanced diet of greens, good carbs, proteins and healthy fats will greatly improve your physical and emotional health during stressful times.

Get Plenty Of Rest: Getting a minimum of 8 hours of restful sleep is essential to staying healthy.

Stay Connected: Take advantage of Facetime, Skype, and Zoom to check on your loved ones. Social connection is important during times of stress, adversity, and trauma.
