Margarita Recipes For Spring 2020

Happy Friday! I know all of the days are running together for many of us who are at home. However it is Friday and the start of the weekend and one fun way to start your weekend is with a fun cocktail. So for today’s post I’m sharing fun margarita recipes that is sure to pick up your mood. Margarita’s are made out of Tequila, Orange Liqueur, and Lime Juice so keep reading for all the deets.

DYNASTY MARGARITA

 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Patron Silver
  • .5oz Patron Citronge Orange
  • .25oz St-Germain
  • .25oz Fresh or canned Lychees
  • Grapefruit salt rim
  • Lime twist for garnish

Directions: Rim a rocks glass with grapefruit salt. Place lychees in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients to shaker with ice and shake hard to chill and combine. Double strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

THE LEMON BASIL MARGARITA

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Cointreau
  • 1.5oz Blanco Tequila
  • 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Basil Leaves

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with basil and a lemon wheel.

HIBISCUS MARGARITA

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  • 1oz Watermelon Juice
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • Smoked paprika salt for rim

Directions: Shake all ingredients over ice. Pour into a chilled rocks glass with a smoked paprika rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
