Tip 1: Clear Skin
Be sure to wash your face morning and night and please always remember to remove all of your makeup. Trust me your skin will thank you.
Tip 2: Stay Hydrated
It is so important to drink a lot of water, your body needs it. Replace your favorite sugar heavy drinks (soda, sports drinks, energy drinks, alcohol, etc.) and make an effort to drink at least 8 glasses of water each and everyday.
Tip 3: Me Time
Going to a spa, getting a manicure/pedicure or a facial is great way to get some “me time” in your busy and hectic schedules. Aim for at least one day a week where you disconnect from the outside world and just unwind and relax.
Tip 4: Get Your Rest
Put away your iPads, Phones, and Computers and turn off the T.V., try to get to bed earlier, sleep longer and I’m sure you will notice a difference in your energy levels and skin.
